While every project is unique, most standard residential patios or driveways take between 3 to 5 days from excavation to the final "Regal" seal. Larger, multi-tiered projects or pool decks may take longer.
Pavers offer superior durability and aesthetic flexibility. Unlike concrete, they won’t crack over time due to SC’s shifting soil. Plus, if a single stone is ever damaged, it can be replaced individually without tearing up the whole yard.
You can walk on your new patio immediately after installation! For driveways, we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours after the sealing process is complete to ensure the joint sand has fully stabilized.
For new installations, we typically wait 30 to 60 days to allow for natural efflorescence (salt release) to finish. For existing patios, we recommend a deep clean and reseal every 3 to 5 years to maintain that "Regal" glow.
